Han June 07 Fast Morning RoutineFor most office workers who go to office in formal attire, every morning before stepping out of the house, the ideal routine would probably be like the following:
If you are those who can wake up, get ready and leave for work within 10 or 15 mins, and accomplish the above, good job,
But try doing it in less than 5 minutes, like this Japanese guy!
What can I say?
He's good~!

Topic: Coke + Ajinomoto
Contents: As follows...
Coke + Ajinomoto Can be Used To Rape Ladies
I received a news about the recent tactic used to spike girls' drink. It is a cheap and widely used method. This method was used in Canny Ong murder. Rapist uses this method. Coca-cola+ajinomoto/monosodium glutamate = a medicine which will cause drowsiness and excitement in the victim. This mixture is poisonous if used too often on the victim. Please send this to all your female friends, sisters, & your loved ones and ask them to beware. DO NOT accept coca-cola or any other drinks from stranger / even if it is your friend that you are not very close with. ANSWER: Based on 2 websites which I deem as passing reliable information, I would say that this email is false. The 2 websites are snopes.com and cocacola's website. However, as a safety precaution, the last part of the email is worth taking note of, as there are probably 1000 other methods of spiking drinks. So don't accept drinks from strangers, especially if you're female, and regardless of where you are.

Email Number 3
From: [Forwarded Mail]
Topic: Urgent Message from Telekom
Contents: As follows...
To those who have a telekom home phone, please read.
Here is the original text received from Telekom:
If you get a call from someone identifying himself as a phone technician performing a test, and this person asks you to touch nine( 9), zero(0 ),hash sign (# ) and then hang up...
Please REFUSE TO DO SO! By pushing 90#, you are giving the individual, who called you, access to your telephone line and allowing them to place a long distance call with the charges appearing on your telephone bill.We were further informed that line scam has been originating from many of the local jails/prisons.
Please pass the word around.
ANSWER: Not much information on this. Due to my limited knowledge in the telephone industry, I would advise to ignore it. Just give an excuse saying that you have not been informed about any tests by Telekom, and due to so many scams going around nowadays, you have the right to say no.

From: [Forwarded Mail]
Topic: Road blocks: Fine RM400 for each pirated CDs, DVDs
Contents: As follows...
Road blocks: Fine RM400 for each RM400 for each pirated CDs, DVDs or VCDs in your car Please do not keep any pirated or burned CDs, DVDs, or VCDs in your car. Police and Domestic Trade & Consumer Affairs Ministry's enforcement division have started the operation to search and fine anyone who keep pirated disc inside their car especially through road blocks at all main road and expressways. If any pirated or burned disc found inside your car will be charged RM400 per disc. Example 30 discs found means the fine will be RM 12,000. So be extra careful.... Remove all pirated CDs from your car immediately. One CD fine RM400.
ANSWER: No official information on the net. Only forums and personal blogs. But since there is a law against pirated CDs/DVDs/VCDs, I would presume that anyone found in posession of such materials, have violated the law, regardless of the surrounding you are in (car, shopping center, lorry, bus). Best solution would be to remove such materials from your car, as the road blocks in Malaysia are really unpredictable.

This is turning out to be a really long post. I shall split the other emails out into seperate posts.
Do take note that the above answers are only based on my personal opinion, backed up with information which I could find online.
Han May 15 I like Big Ass!!!!Yes! I like Big Ass!
I've been following and listening to this Thailand band, with the band named Big Ass.
And in my opinion, they are good. It's hard to describe, but I'm so into their music now.
I came across them, from watching a Thai Movie named Hormones.
The song name is Yaang Noi, which means "At Least".... After some googling, I managed to find some translations to the song on a Thai Forum.
Here's the youtube video of the song.
They have other nice songs as well. Here's another one called Dee tae park - ดีแต่ปาก
And of course, they have heavy stuff as well, to balance things off!
Here's one called Plook jai sua pah : ปลุกใจเสือป่า
YEAH! My kind of band!
Han
